All Appointments are Virtual Visits

There is no need to travel to an office for the visit. Telehealth appointments are virtual visits with a provider via a smart phone, tablet or computer. Evening and weekend appointments may be offered to accommodate your schedule.

Meet Julie

Julie specializes in healthy & sustainable weight management (weight loss/gain), preventative health and/or those with pre-existing diagnoses such as diabetes, hypertension, gout, certain GI conditions and cardiovascular conditions. She helps clients achieve their health goals by sharing evidence-based nutrition information, identifying realistic goals and creating a personalized action plan so they eat the right foods for their body, shed bad dietary habits and adopt new nutrition habits. Working together will involve a customized experience designed specifically for your lifestyle and to align with your individual goals.
